WORSHIP SERVICES
We offer three worship services with distinct styles on Sunday mornings.
- Our 9:00 am blended service (75 minutes) combines newer songs with older hymns and choruses. It is led by several voices and the choir, and accompanied by the band and occasional orchestra.
- Our 10:45 am modern service (85 minutes) features newer songs with an extended time of energetic and passionate musical worship. It is band-led with a stronger electric guitar, bass guitar, and drum feel.
The message is the same in both services and seeks to communicate the timeless truth of God’s Word in contemporary ways. Please choose the service that best fits your schedule and style.
- Our 10:45 am Chinese service (85 minutes) features both worship music and message in the Mandarin language. This services meets in the gym.
KIDS & STUDENTS
During both service times, we provide full care for nursery through SK. Children in grades 1-5 attend the service with their parents until they are dismissed for our KidsWalk program. During the 10:45 am service only, students in grades 6-8 participate in worship until they are dismissed to the student room for TRANSIT.
PHILOSOPHY
Our heart’s desire is for West Park to become a people who are passionate about praising God. What does that statement mean to you? Does it challenge you to raise the bar in your life? Do you ask yourself, “Can I be more passionate about the things of God?” We all have a part to play. We all have to raise our voices in praise to God.
What is it in your life that you worship? Does anything take God’s rightful place in your heart? To worship God is to ascribe more worth to him than anything else in your life. Give him your best and your all.
